Baghouse Dust Collection Systems |
|

Baghouse dust collectors, one of the most efficient and cost effective types of dust collectors available, can achieve a collection efficiency of more than 99% for very fine particles. This baghouse dust collection systems is due to dust particles loading on the filtration media, helping to block other particles as they approach in the air stream.
Types of Baghouse Dust Collectors:
Mechanical Shaker :
In this type of dust collector, the filter bags are shaken as they become more agglomerated with dust particles, preventing dust re-entrainment. This keeps the filters from achieving potential maximum efficiency, but reduces maintenance time and filter replacement cost. The design simplicity of the mechanical shaker type baghouse dust collector is one of the reasons it is so popular in today's industry.

Reverse Air:
Airflow is created both clockwise and counter-clockwise in this type of dust collector to filter out the contaminants. The down side to using this method, however, is the amount of increased maintenance compared to other types. This maintenance is the result of dust re-entrainment on the filter bags.
Reverse Jet :
In a reverse-jet baghouse dust collector, contaminants enter from the lower portion of the filter housing, where a metal cage is incorporated to support the filter bag and prevent collapse. By supplying a compressed air line to the baghouse, it is possible to achieve a nearly self-running operation; as the dust collector uses the compressed air to pulse the filter bags, dust is blown down into your designated collection bin.

Venturi Scrubbers are high performance system which can reduce the contamination level of flue gas up to 99%. They can remove both particulate matter and gaseous pollutant. The flue gas is scrubbed at high speed and pressure at the Venturi and gas velocity is dropped at the Separator. The separator can be converted to spray tower in case the concentration of pollutant is very high. The material of construction of Ventruri is depended on the composition and temperature of the flue gases entering the system. When the flue gases are rich in SOx and NOx then the scrubbing process generates acid and consequently high-grade stainless steel such as SS-316 has to be used. They can be used for any industry where the concentration of particulate matter or gaseous pollutant is high. Our installations in base metal refining sectors where aluminum and copper scraps are refined at high temperature are exemplary.

Spray Towers are very effective for large volume of flue gas with low concentration of pollutant. They are low-pressure stainless steel scrubbers with low power consumption compare to other types of scrubber. The spraying system can be designed in single or multistage to increase the efficiency. They can be manufactured in mild steel, FRP coated and stainless steel as per application and requirement.

Clean Air
Airfoil Bladed Centrifugal Fans. These industrial fans with efficient airfoil blades are recommended for all supply air and clean air exhaust applications, as well as variable volume systems.
Dirty Air
Backward Inclined, Radial Tip and Radial Bladed fans. Rugged steel wheels are ideal for dust conveying or other industrial airstreams, erosive installations, and material handling applications.
Process Fans
Some fan types are designed for process applications such as boilers, incinerators, pollution control and high pressure systems. Various blade types are matched to application requirements.

High Pressure Fans
Certain fans are well suited or especially designed for combustion air, pneumatic conveying, and other higher pressure applications. A wide range of sizes and configurations assure a selection for every need.
Highly Corrosive
Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Fans, Hot Dip Galvanized, Epoxy and Stainless Steel fans resist severe corrosives and are impervious to outside environments. Centrifugal blade types and vaneaxial will suit any airstream or installation.
Axial Fans
Vaneaxial and Tubeaxial fans are generally used in variable HVAC systems and in light industrial applications such as fume exhaust. Panel fans are used primarily for general unducted ventilation. |
