Nipra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is an organization engaged in the business of producing aluminium closures and printed shets in india. The group started operations in 1982 and today is one of the largest producers of aluminium closures in India.By implementing innovative technologies and processes in our manufacturing system, we have set encouraging records in our field. Some of them are :

 

Nipra group consumes 3600 tons of aluminium closure stock in India (Largest by any single group in India)

 

The group has 8 printing / coating lines in India in production ( the highest in the industry)

 

In the Indian domestic market, we are facilitating various industrial sectors concerned with spirits, wine, pharmaceutical and olive oil. At Nipra, our focus is to deliver superior quality aluminium closures and printed sheets. Our products provide a good value proposition for the customer and this has resulted in increase of our globle market share. At present, we have our export markets in Africa, Europe and Middle East.

Spirit Closures :

Our Sprit Closure come with alcohol resistant internal lacquer systems approved by the FDA. There are various customization options such as :

Easy-pour insert feature for customer convenience and benefit Side emboss and top emboss closures to enhance apperance. Sidewall decorated long draw closures to give a premium look to the package.
 

Wine Closures :

Our wine closures are enhanced with saranex and tin-saranex coated internal liners which are well suited for wine. The cap sizes for Wine Closure are :

Pharmaceutical Clouser :

The Pharmaceutical Clouser made by nipra are designed with various coating systems that can provide acetone resistance, retort resisitance and are approved by FDA. The cap size for Pharmaceutical Clouser are :

Olive Oil Closures :

Our Closures for Olive Oil are defined in a separate section as they form an important SBU. These closures are also available with easy-pour insert as option. The cap size available for Olive Oil closures are :

Printed Sheets :

Our core proficiency lies in our product printed sheets. Clients in this category are manufactuers of aluminium ROPP closures and tin cans who are able to enjoy printed sheets delivered to their specifications. The sheets may be printed in multi-color format and be subjected to various acquer specifications as requested by clients. Our printed Sheets are available in various substrates such as :

 

Printed Aluminium sheets for closures
Alloy : 8011 / 3105
Temper : H14/ H15/ H16/ H24
Thickness : 0.16mm to 0.23mm (tolerance of +-0.01mm)

 

Printed tinplate / TFS Sheets for Closures (crown or Twist-off) and for 3-piece cans / Components
Substrate : TFS (Tin free steel) or ETP (Electrolytic tinplate)
Temper : From T1 (Soft) to DR8 (hard)
Thickness : 0.15mm to 0.28mm (tolerance of +-0.01mm)
