Anand Enterprise has 5 factories (units), for exports and domestic market,
Unit 1 100% EOU for cylinder liners, cylinder sleeves, air cooled blocks and Fuel Injector sleeve.
Unit 2 Domestic unit for cylinder liners & sleeves.
Unit 3 Interlocking Sleeves for aluminum engine block for exports and domestic market.
Unit 4 Valve Guides and Valve seats for exports market.
Unit 5 New Foundry with 500 tons capacity. |

Quality Assurance Facilities |

We perform three-stage inspection receiving, in process and final inspection. We emphases on process control rather then rejection detection. In process inspection is carried out during process at pre-defined interval for all critical characteristic to conform on going process control. Due care is taken while in process inspection for all dimensional, surface and geometry parameters. 100% final inspection for dimensional and visuals aids is last scanning process to prevent mixing of non conforming products with ok product.
Packing is done at the last stage to protect material for environments effects and transits damage. We use multi layer packing by use of VCI paper, Virgin plastic, corrugated paper, and finally box with master cartoon as per customer requirements. |

Product Description
* Premium grade non ferrous i.e Brass and Copper tubes are used for manufacturing of injection sleeves
* Wall thickness accuracy is maintained with due care in order to avoid the problems of salvage.
* Can develop any type of injection sleeves as per customer drawings or samples
* Option of rubber seal is also provided for the types of injection sleeves with seals.
