Amarsons Clean Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd offers a wide range of clean energy solutions for stand alone, off-grid applications:

1. Wind Energy Generators (WEG)

Wind Energy Generators for locations where there is sufficient wind velocity to run the WEG. Our range of products start from 400 Watts and go upto 50 KW. These systems are ideally suited for domestic, commercial, residential and small office/factory applications. Significant cost savings are accrued due to reduced electricity bills and the depreciation and other benefits offered by the Government for alternate energy solutions. Ideally suited for ones who have a Green House certificate ambition. Both Horizontal Axis systems (HAWT) and Vertical Axis systems (VAWT) are offered. Where the wind movement is lateral, an HAWT is the ideal solution where as in locations where the wind movement is upwards, a VAWT would be an ideal solution.

2. Solar Energy Generators (SEG)

These are true hybrid systems, where fall-over provisions are provided. Ideally suited for critical applications running and reduces dependency on fossil fuel based systems such as Diesel Generator Sets.

We have indigenously developed several critical components, an indicative list of which is given below: · Pitch Mechanism · Pitch Slider · O’ Rings and Oil Seals · Nose Cone Sealings · Flexible couplings · Anti vibration mountings/vibration dampers While that is an indicative list, we have the competence and infrastructure to provide import substitution of a wide range of mechanical and polymer components for the Wind Turbine Nacelle. Material Handling __________________________ Amarsons Material Handling Business Group has a variety of products and services that will suit simple to complex solutions for shop-floor management and warehouse management. 1. Automatic Storage & Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) ___________________________________________ Amar Group offers fully Automatic Storage & Retrieval Systems (AS/RS). Our AS/RS is a fully integrated hardware / software system that manages the entire operations of a warehouse or production floor with little or no human intervention. Several advanced concepts such as Storage Retrieval Machines (SRM), Rail Guided Vehicles (RGV), Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGV), conveyors for movement, storage racks and pallets for storage and Warehouse Management Software (WMS) are integrated to provide a completely automatic environment. For upcoming warehouses, our concept of rack building structure AS/RS may significantly reduce your construction cost. And if you already have a warehouse, our free standing structure will come in handy.
